A Typical Day in AJ's Life
I thought you all might be interested in a typical day in my life!
4:30 AM - Wake up & climb to the top of the climber by my parents' bed. Here, I just watch them - these two people who love me so!
5:00 AM - Wake Mom & Dad up to play my favorite game with me - FETCH
5:30 AM - Snuggle with Mom & Dad
6:15 AM - Stand outside Mom's shower, ready to jump in
6:20 AM - It's time to play in the water
6:30 AM - I drink kitty milk with my dad
Time Varies - When my mom leaves, I try to make her feel bad with a sad look. She always tells me to play hard, to be a good boy, to have a have a great day and that she loves me!
8:00 AM - Play in Dad's sink - more water!
Time Varies - Dad & I play hard every morning before he leaves. When my dad leaves, I try to make him feel bad, too. He always tells me he loves me when he leaves, but he never tells me in front of Mommy.
AJ & Wahoo Time - Yippeeeee . . . the house is all mine now until Mom & Dad come home from work. I have visitors sometimes - Grandpa & my girlfriend Geni - Geni always comes by on Tuesdays. (When we're in Florida on Fridays, Tina visits me - another girlfriend.) When it's just Wahoo & me, we sleep a lot. We go through Mom's & Dad's things. Mom's the best because she's not very neat so there is always a lot for me to get into. We listen to the radio downstairs and watch cartoons in the bedroom. We hunt birds, squirrels, and other creatures. We play with all of our toys & bask in the sun! Fetch is my favorite game, but Wahoo doesn't understand how to play.
By 7 PM, one of my parents is usually home. Regardless of whether I'm wide awake or very tired, I meet them by the door to the garage, stretching, yawning, and asking for love. Once they enter the door, I flop over to have my spotted belly rubbed. As they try to climb the stairs with their things (drycleaning is my favorite), I flop every three stairs for more belly rubs! Then, I head immediately to the refrigerator for treats. I haven't had a treat all day & it's time!
We play, watch TV, snuggle, and I hide from them. Hiding from them is my new thing. After all, I am a cat!
Mom likes to go upstairs & read so I make her play FETCH with me while she's reading.
After she falls asleep, it's boy time. I play more FETCH with Daddy before we tucker out & go to sleep, too.

HI AJ what a work out, you have made grandma tired just trying to follow your workout, better rest up so we can play when you come home.
